Peach |

popular downy-skinned fruit
with white or yellow flesh.
White Peaches are considered
sweeter. Ripe peaches are
cream, yellow, or orange
with a pink or red flesh.
Fruit should be selected
when firm, but with no trace
of green on the skin.
Freestone varieties are
preferred for their superior
flavor notes. However, the
Cling varieties continue to
dominate the world markets
in fresh and canned sales.

flavors. Products are pasteurized,
and no preservatives are used. All

requirements. Each lot is tested and
will meet our written
specifications.
Puree concentrates and juice

a different Brix if specified in
